The Bill (Reg. No. 1396) is aimed at regulation of the status of the Pension Fund of Ukraine and the procedure of its conversion into an unprofitable municipal organization on the ground of relevant legislative act.
Pursuant to the Bill, "until the relevant Law is adopted, the functions of executive directorate of the Pension Fund and its territorial bodies are implemented, respectively, by the Pension Fund of Ukraine and central administrations of the Pension Fund in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regions, Kyiv, Sevastopol, and district, city, district in the city administrations of the Pension Fund of Ukraine".
The adoption of the Bill will contribute to regulation of the activity of the Pension Fund as a body that manages the joint system of obligatory State retirement insurance.
